Return & Refund Policy

At Ountha Line, we take pride in providing high-quality abayas and modest wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, please email zz.elio.hadi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-20 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

  • Personalized/custom-made abayas
  • Items without original tags and packaging
