2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping can take up to 3-5 days depending on the country through Aramex or DHL.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! However, delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Ountha Line is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
